Franchisee

A franchisee is an individual or entity that enters into a contractual agreement with a franchisor to operate a business using the franchisor’s established brand, products, and business model. The franchisee invests in and manages the day-to-day operations of the business, paying fees and royalties to the franchisor in exchange for the right to use their intellectual property, support, and benefit from the franchisor’s established reputation and systems.
